However, upon checking insider buying/selling, I found a lot of insider selling. What am I missing? - D.F. Alex: Insiders often sell for reasons that have nothing to do with the outlook of the company. (They could be diversifying their assets or meeting a large expenditure, for instance.) It is only when there is extraordinary selling into a share price decline that it is problematic. |
