Imagine gray wolves with their federal protections ripped away, leaving them at the mercy of anti-wolf states. Hunters and trappers could then chase them down, shoot them and ensnare them in traps. That's what Rep. Boebert aims to do. Her deceitfully named "Trust the Science Act" will strip life-saving protections from gray wolves. Let's be clear: If Boebert's bill passes, wolves will be killed. We're counting on you to help us save them from that fate! We've seen this before: In its final days, the Trump administration gutted federal protections for wolves by lifting their ESA protections in the lower 48 states. Just weeks later, over a two-day period, 216 wolves were massacred in Wisconsin. Defenders fought in the courts to overturn this unlawful delisting, and with the help of our supporters and allies we were victorious! But attacks by anti-wolf extremists continue.
