Open workout 24.1 Scaled Same workout structure but with a different dumbbell weight — 35-lb (15-kg) dumbbell for men and 20-lb (10-kg) dumbbell for women | | Our Advice The most important thing in this workout is that you are aware of your own level and make it work for you. If you are an experienced crossfitter who's not afraid of that dumbbell, you need to stay consistent and give it your best to get a good time. Open the gates and send it. If you're a bit scared of those dumbells, be strategic about this workout and plan for a couple of breaks. They get much longer if you do them out of need, so it's always better to plan them. Burpees need to be done at a controlled pace the entire time…You're going to lose a lot of time on each rep if you come at it too hot and then you start dying off later. Stay nice and controlled. Towards the end, that's the time to get to work!
