You have to be smooth with the movements and moderate your effort. Pushing yourself hard is only worth it if you go unbroken. So our main advice for today is to choose a pace that allows you to transition smoothly between movements while keeping a consistent speed and execution. If you're more of a beginner, look for the little ones, especially with the movements you're the most scared of, planning rest breaks before you actually need them, to avoid more impactful mistakes later. Towards the end, that's your chance to really push it!
