We were lucky to host Chef Jacob last year and were met with an outstanding response. A five-course pre-fixe menu featuring collaborative dishes, hand-crafted pasta, & wine pairings. Reservations available from 5 pm - 9 pm are available. Please note that we are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Last year, reservations sold out within a couple of hours so make sure to act fast! Make a Reservation We are pleased to welcome back Chef Jacob Siwak! A St. Louis native, Jacob has worked in globally esteemed restaurants. He worked in the kitchen at the venerated Olmsted (Brooklyn) before moving to Italy to work at Santo Palato (Rome) and training at La Vecchia Scuola (Bologna) in fully hand-made pasta. Jacob returned from Italy and opened Forsythia in October 2020. A refined trattoria, Forsythia earned a Bib Gourmand award from the Michelin Guide.
