Friend, did you know there are 21 kids who might change the world? I'm not kidding… In what could be one of the most important court cases in history, 21 young people are suing the United States government for failing to protect them from climate change. If they win, the U.S. will be LEGALLY OBLIGATED to make systemic change and phase out fossil fuels. Here's the problem, Friend: President Biden and the Department of Justice know that these young people have a solid case, and they're doing everything in their power to silence it. The DOJ has made 22 attempts to KILL the case! That's why I need 22 more signatures from your area! Friend, tell President Biden and the Department of Justice to stand up to not ExxonMobil, Shell, and Chevron's profits, not children fighting for their futures! You've heard the stories – maybe even experienced them yourself. Entire communities BURNED to the ground in wildfires. Climate-fueled FLOODS swallowing towns. Imagine if the U.S. was legally obligated to fight back! I cannot underestimate how big of a deal it would be if the 21 youth won this case, Friend. Big Polluters have spiked cancer cases in nearby communities with their noxious pollution, killed countless animals with their oil spills, and accelerated climate catastrophe. The DOJ's resources would be much better spent targeting corporate polluters, not fighting kids who want a better future.
