There's a reason we care so much about your heels (and arches) at KURU. Heels take the majority of the foot's impact with each step, which means heel pain can add up quickly and travel to our arches.

In fact, our 2024 Foot Pain Trends Report survey found that 39% of respondents reported arch pain as the most common, followed by heel pain (35%), pain in the ankle (34%), and pain in the ball of the foot (33%).
