On the other hand, when sex is not going well, the focus on the sexual relationship can be everything to one or both partners. Check out this week's Growing Good Dads blog for advice about maintaining a healthy sexual relationship with your partner.

"We've been together for almost 15 years and have a good relationship, but our biggest problem is that I'm not that interested in sex. POLL

Last week, to accompany our blog on combatting picky eaters, we polled you on foods you avoided in childhood. Here's how our subscribers responded:

  • Bread Crusts (0%)
  • Fish (8.3%)
  • Brussels Sprouts (0%)
  • Broccoli (8.3%)
  • Onions (16.7%)
  • Peppers (66.7%)

The majority of you hated peppers in childhood! It makes sense—given peppers often have a strong, robust flavor that might be overwhelming to developing tastebuds. If you have a picky eater at home, don't forget to check out last week's blog for practical tips from a nutritionist dad.

Because nominations are OPEN NOW for the Outstanding Dad of the Year contest, it's a perfect opportunity to quiz our subscribers on what we're looking for in nominations:

Which of the following is NOT a trait on which Dad of the Year nominees will be judged?
Excellence in the Workplace
Strength of Character
Overcoming Adversity & Finding Success
Outstanding Solo Parenting Strategies

We'll reveal the correct answer in next week's newsletter!
