An Ignoble Experiment: Re: Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas

This is a growing crisis, Lewis:

We now know that insurrectionist symbols were on full display at TWO of Justice Samuel Alito's houses in the time since the January 6th attack on the Capitol
And we know Ginni Thomas, the wife of Justice Clarence Thomas, spent the days leading up to the insurrection egging on Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election results
But both of those justices are STILL presiding over cases related to January 6

Take it from Attorney General Eric Holder:

A tweet from Eric Holder that says the following: Alito and Thomas must recuse from 1/6 matters. The appearance - or reality - of bias is simply too strong. The Supreme Court must be a valued institution above the partisan fray. It is not now seen that way. Unfortunately, the Court's actions in recent terms have done much to allow the nation to question its neutrality, its detachment. Hearings/reforms are needed.
