The Bost Bulletin  Dear Friend, Before the House reconvenes in Washington in mid-November for the last few weeks of business before the new Congress is sworn in on January 3rd, I wanted to hear again from you about important issues facing Southern Illinois and our country.   1) Do you support legislation like the SAVE Act that would require proof of citizenship when registering to vote?
