I’m really enjoying doing these livestreams. This one was cut a bit short because my son is teething and he woke up in the middle of it. I’m thinking maybe I’ll take a different Internet culture topic whenever the mood strikes me and make this a regular part of my line-up. I’ll also try a more composed regular stream at 2 PM CT on Tuesdays. Ordinarily, I don’t like to share these—I like the idea of them remaining ephemeral—but this one had some good stuff in it. This is a topic I think I’ll revisit in a future essay. I don’t only welcome but loudly invite feedback and criticism. BTW … My dear friend and favorite writer Helen Roy has been doing quite a bit of work on adjacent topics. I highly recommend subscribing to her blog if criticisms of the Manosphere and the practical impact these ideas have had on women are interesting to you.
