1️⃣ Nevada: Democrats advance legislation to cap the cost of insulin The Nevada Assembly has advanced AB 555, legislation sponsored by Speaker Steve Yeager, to cap the cost of insulin at $35 for a 30-day supply for private insurance policyholders. If passed, this bill will improve the lives and health of thousands of Nevadans → 2️⃣ Missouri: State Supreme Court sides with GOP agenda and halts abortions The Missouri Supreme Court has halted abortions in the state, effectively overturning the will of voters who struck down an abortion ban last November. This decision follows Republican legislators' push to put abortion back on the ballot in 2026 → 3️⃣ Georgiai: State law forces brain-dead women to incubate a fetus After being declared brain dead, Adriana Smith, a 30-year-old nurse and mother, has been forced to remain on life support to serve as an incubator to sustain her 9-week-old fetus until delivery.
