Recipe of the Week
Blueberry-lime mint fizz mocktail
Featuring the fresh flavors of mint, lime, and blueberries, this beverage may make you forget that it's the dead of winter. Plus, the extra dose of nutrients can help keep your immune system going strong.
Blueberries, sometimes called a superfood, are low in calories and packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Mint is a good source of vitamin A and may also help support digestion. And lime adds vitamin C and antioxidants.
Throwing it all together is a breeze. Just combine the blueberries, mint, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice in a pitcher or tall glass. (Don't forget to muddle or mash the ingredients with a wooden spoon to release the flavors!) After adding the sparkling water and maybe some ice, if you're into that, you're pretty much ready to serve.
Psst: If you want to throw a splash of something boozy into this beverage, we certainly won't tell.
