Indiana Jones,

It's the end of the childhood era at our house. The youngest Chase turned 13 this past week. I know many friends and faithful readers remember when "Cuatro" was born in 2013. I started calling him "Cuatro" because he was our 4th boy and it had a fun "internet name" ring to it. If you remember when Austin was born, thank you for being with me all these years. If you recently had a similar youngest reaching a milestone - Kindergarten, middle school, graduating, etc... I feel you.

These milestone moments bring the memories flooding back, and the bittersweet feeling swells until it reaches peace and contentment. Almost like "we made it through...and I can't wait to see what's next." I'm just going to sit in these contradictory feelings for the next few weeks.
