Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (D) said the potential deployment and ICE operations are attempts to "bait" protesters. This weekend: An anti-immigration rally ended badly for a right-wing provocateur. What else to know: The FBI opened a probe into an ICE agent's killing of Renée Good in the aftermath of the shooting. That probe no longer exists, the Justice Department says. Over the weekend: Trump pledged to impose tariffs on eight nations unless they support his bid to acquire Greenland. European leaders are considering their own tariffs. Why does Trump want Greenland? Last night: A high-speed train derailed near Córdoba and collided with another on a nearby track, officials said, causing that train to partially derail as well. The latest: At least 73 people were injured, and the death toll could still rise. The cause of the crash is currently unknown. Anger at the proposal, a one-time 5% tax on the assets of residents worth more than $1 billion, has been simmering among the elite set. Speaking of money: Prophets of economic doom who predicted past crashes have that foreboding feeling again, this time over AI investment. Read this story       Weight-loss drugs may have some surprising benefits for the gut. Like what? Lowering the risk of stomach ulcers and helping liver problems. But GLP-1s, like Ozempic and Wegovy, can have side effects — here's how to minimize them. What else to know: Evidence is mounting that GLP-1 drugs may help to reduce cancer risk and deaths from certain cancers. But long-term impacts are not well understood.
