Eight incredible people have already joined White Coat Planning, but we need to keep growing our team in order to help as many people as we hope to. We are actively hiring for two types of roles and would appreciate your help spreading the word.
Lead Financial Planner
The Lead Financial Planner is a full-time, salaried, client-facing role for a CFP® professional or equivalent that combines relationship management, financial planning expertise, and team leadership. No prospecting, no sales, just in depth, exceptional planning.
Associate Financial Planner
The Associate Financial Planner role is designed for early-career financial planners or career changers who have not yet earned their CFP® designation. This is a full-time, salaried position where you will work alongside Lead Planners while completing the 4,000 experience hours required for CFP® certification.
Think of this role as a "financial planning residency," similar to medical training. Once your CFP® designation is achieved, you will have the option to step into a Lead Financial Planner role.
