He’s sabotaged our economy and threatened the Federal Reserve to cover up his own mess. He’s taken unconstitutional military action and put our troops in harm's way with no long-term strategy. He’s gutted health care funding and driven up costs for working families. He’s called for the arrest of Democrats pushing back against his dangerous agenda – including me and fellow Democratic governors. He’s even called for members of Congress to be put to death. I want you to hear this from me: Tyranny requires your fear – but democracy requires your courage. It’s clear he’ll stop at nothing to create division and chaos wherever he can. But I’ve made this abundantly clear during my time as governor: We will stand up for our communities in the face of attacks and injustice. But I can’t do it alone.
