That's just three examples of a devastating $300 billion "patent cliff" facing big pharmaceutical companies over the next few years as patent after patent expires.  A cliff that will leave them with gaping revenue holes they need to fill quickly. And it seems almost certain that they'll move to replace some of that disappearing revenue by acquiring smaller companies with promising new drugs. With that in mind, I've got my eye on an up and coming biotech that could be exactly what they're looking for.  It's a NASDAQ company that's developing breakthrough drugs for mental health issues.
