Microsoft TechNet Flash Volume 8, Issue 9 : May 3, 2006

Let us know what interests you <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=4874217>, and we'll customize your TechNet Flash newsletter with additional reports on topics such as desktop operating systems, server technologies, or security. And please let us know what you think <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=4874218> of TechNet Flash.

From the Editor

Hello New TechNet Flash Subscriber,

As you may have noticed last issue, we're now featuring on-demand webcasts and other rich-media content such as TechNet Radio, Interface TV (both of which appeared in the last issue <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=4874219>), and the .NET Show in a special "On Demand" section. In this issue, the section features top-rated webcasts, which we think you'll find are well worth watching.

This issue also features an expanded Scripting section (including a just-published feature on Scripting with Windows PowerShell), plus a whole new series of Tips for IT Pros, and a link to all the editorial content from the May/June edition of TechNet Magazine.

---------------------------------------------------------------------- As well, this issue includes a special report from the Microsoft Management Summit 2006, available to those who've selected "System Management Software" in their personalization preferences. And, of course, there's a growing collection of Beta Updates for those who personalize their newsletter in that section, too. It's safe to say that you're missing out if you haven't yet begun customizing your newsletter.

Enjoy the issue. Graeme Bennett Editor, TechNet Flash
