| Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake | |
| You'll need a tube pan for this delicious recipe. I think the texture of this cake gets even better the second day, so I try to hide it after it's baked. Which, considering the aromas drifting through the house as it's baking, isn't very easy! Just a reminder here - when I was learning to bake tube cakes, I made the mistake of picking up the filled pan by the center tube. Remember to pick up the cake pan by the outside edges, otherwise the pan will come apart and your batter will be all over the floor. | |
