	from Linda Larsen Manicotti noodles are large, ribbed tubes of pasta that are usually filled with a complicated mixture. Simple chicken tenders fill these noodles, making the dish quick and easy to make. Serve it with some tender pan rolls and a toasted walnut and pear green salad.
