were impressed and inspired at how well these top salon owners are taking care of
business. We witnessed their annual Strickly Business show titled, "Visage: A Decade
of Excellence."
In spite of challenging times, Frank and Belinda Gambuzza, along with top visiting
salon owners from across the United States, shared ideas and proven business building
strategies for growing America's economic 'Dream Machine' -- today.

Seeing first hand that top salons in the professional beauty industry are still
hiring people, expanding their businesses, mastering salon operations, client services
- and most of all - achieving honorable and sustainable growth in a time when success
