1) Ricardo Beverly Hills 17" Rolling Carry-On Bag
One of the best-organized wheeled carry-on bags I've seen, this well-padded 17" x 14" x 8" contoured model by Ricardo has three zippered compartments: one in front, which is a good place to hold tickets, allowed liquids, snacks, and reading material; one in the center for valuables; and one in the back, which has a laptop sleeve and extra room for clothing. Inner zippers and pockets can hold pens, your cell phone, and other necessities that you normally carry on your person or in a separate bag.
2) Briggs & Riley Wheeled Carry-On Garment Bag
What's the solution when you're only allowed one carry-on bag but you're flying to your destination wedding and everyone has told you, Don't Put Your Dress or Tuxedo in Checked Baggage? You'll need a garment bag. If your garments aren't too voluminous, this 21" x 14" x 8.5" carry-on bag by Briggs & Riley should enable you to reach your destination with them in reasonable shape (do pack a steamer in your checked luggage if necessary). Unzipped, this carry-on bag looks like a miniature closet with multiple compartments for small items. It's only available on one color: olive. And it may save the day.
3) Victorinox Werks Carry-On Duffel
This 22" x 13" x 9.5" wheeled carry-on bag has a U-shaped zipper that opens like a wide mouth to fit your clothes and valuables. Zippered accessory compartments can be used to secure the small-sized liquids and gels allowed in carry-ons. The outer side pouch has a key holder and can be used to stash your wallet, cell phone, ipod and other small valuables.
