Just opened by a sister/brother team who cut their teeth at Polvos and Truluck's, this trailer deals in green & red chili-slathered tamales, all-day breakfast tacos, chicharron tacos in salsa verde, and a monstrous steak/ mushroom/ onion/ 'cado/ cheese taco called the Pueblo Viejo, translated as "Old Town" -- or, what they'll have to rename the criminally misleading Cougar Town if Courtney Cox doesn't start actually banging 20 year olds.
