Beloved in Plano for stupid-cheap happy hours and extremely late hours, Zenna's opened a 2nd Thai/Japanese feedery in the ex-Tequila Hopper's West End space, right next to the Dallas World Aquarium. Staying open 'til 3am, the fiber optic-festooned new site offers nine signature cocktails (e.g., the Midori/Crown/Hypnotiq "King Kong"), 8 girl-tinis (the X-Rated Fusion/rum/pineapple/cran "Coconut Flake"), and eats from tempura, curry & noodle entrees, to nearly 70 sushi/nigiri selections, making that Aquarium proximity seem a bit fishy.
