It's the New Year, and along with the new year come resolutions. If one of yours is to eat a more healthy diet, you've come to the right place. These quick and easy healthy recipes will get you off to a good start.

Start With Fresh Salmon
So it's the New Year! If one of your resolutions is to eat a healthier diet, this is a great place to start. Salmon is bursting with healthy fats, including omega-3 fatty acids, and is high in protein, vitamin D, and selenium. And it's delicious!

Healthy in a Hurry
These delicious and colorful easy entrees are packed full of nutrition. In just a few minutes, you can serve Strawberry Margarita Swordfish or Tex Mex Pork and Spinach Salad to your hungry family. And learn a bit about nutrition and why I still believe in the USDA Food Pyramid. I've include carbohydrate amounts in these recipes for those of you who are counting carbs.

Comfort Foods

Top 10 Winter Pasta Recipes
Winter is the perfect time to make a lot of pasta dishes. These quick and easy recipes are inexpensive and delicious and will warm you up from the inside out. Baked Tortellini with Three Sauces is one of my all-time favorites, but also try Pizza Spaghetti Style and Creamy Stuffed Shells. Yum.
