China Spring Festival rush under way BEIJING (UPI) -- Millions of Chinese are home for the Spring Festival with railroad executives predicting 2.85 billion tickets will be sold for the 40-day period. Imam Feisel Abdul Rauf told the Buffalo (N.Y.) News that he would be open to building on a different site should one be offered.
