Adria StartupDigest
Lots of new events (and worries)
In the past two weeks, there has been a lot of talk in the region about net neutrality, while Croatian web professionals are discussing a new “tax” for web publishers. The charge that the Electronic Media Agency of Croatia wants to impose would make certain web pulishers have to pay them 0.5 percent of their income related to media publishing. The problem that both big and small publishers face is the absense of any final criteria that would give them an idea if they have to pay it. Join the disucssion here.
In the meantime, numerous new web related events have been organized through the region, including the Share Conference planned by the organizers of the Exit music festival.
