SALT's sister spot and Niwot's home for Southern French/ Northern Italian eats refreshes their cocktails for spring, with new takes on classics like the muddled cherry "Ryefashioned", and the "Stranhattan" with Stranahan's/ Lillet Rouge/ cherry juice, plus the extra agave/Cointreau/ Grand Marnier "Anejo Cadillac Marg" with a salted rim, or what Blake Griffin's charged with every time he straight attacks that hoop.

Located inside Colfax's 3014, this Mexican 50-seater (complete with patio and rooftop) features a tried-but-true taco roster (carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, etc.), chiles rellenos, and a breakfast burrito (eggs/ taters/ meat/ green chile), all of which you can eat under a giant photo of Elvis staring up at an exotic dancer, meaning they must've shot it in the 14sec before he hit the buffet.
