Located inside the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa (where the pressure of their masseuses is even greater than that to join the Nazis, von Trapp!) the Blonde Bear's just brought in a new New York chef to re-haul their menu with belly-filling entrees like French country beef stew over housemade buttered noodles, grilled CO lambchops, housemade egg tagliatelle with beef ragu, and fried little meatballs.
