Vitogo
Technology that'll get you ripped
Developed by a cyclist/ lawyer and a sailing coach who's strangely confident he too can't be replaced by a computer program, Vitogo's a radically simple personal training app that analyzes your admirable(?) physical state to develop a customized strength training/ conditioning regimen and give "the same guidance a personal trainer would give you", though hopefully this time it isn't, "buy my used '98 Camaro with the sick racing stripe".

Get caught up on that resolution you never intended to actually adhere to by entering your weight, goals (i.e. weight loss, build muscle, turn green and intensely jacked when angered, etc.), and how long you've been working out, and it'll generate a week-long workout schedule indicating specific exercises, reps, and weights to use (just pray you don't get zeptograms). It'll also walk you through individual exercises so you don't lewdly misinterpret "clean and jerk", time the rests you'll inevitably extend, and track all of your progress online, while conjuring all kinds of graphs/ trophies for your good deeds.

So your boredom doesn't make you Axe body spray the whole thing, scientific wizardry will chart your improvement and update the workout program so it evolves right along with your physical state, until eventually, it too is inevitably replaced by a computer.

Do your body good, and check out how the thing works at Vitogo.com
