Arul Shanmugam joined GroundWork in 2007 as a Senior Java Developer and in 2011 became the company's applications architect. He specializes in Java application solutions and is also experienced at designing application interfaces and software services.

Before joining GroundWork, Arul worked as a Lead Developer/ Architect at Kaiser Permanente & The New York Times. He has a Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree from Sastra University, Tamil Nadu in India and received his MBA from Bharathiyar University in India.


Kevin Stone

Kevin Stone has worked at GroundWork since 2007 providing development and delivery of complex professional services projects to customers. He has provided monitoring health assessments to scores of companies, resulting in improved application performance and availability.

Before joining GroundWork, Kevin has held senior IT positions at Wells Fargo, Savvis and Exodus Communications.
