There's a lot to like when it comes to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and the biggest thing has to be the potential for cost savings. Being able to call other states, even other countries in some cases for the cost of an Internet connection is a hard thing not to like. But with a little careful planning and forethought, there are other ways for VoIP to save money for a business. First, focus on features.
