The FCC (News - Alert) is backing a major plan that is designed to make communications much easier for the deaf and hard of hearing. Chairman Tom Wheeler has announced the new Accessible Communications for Everyone (ACE) program, which will create a platform and core set of apps to link text and video services for hearing and speech-impaired users.

According to Westfair Online, Remedy Partners (RP) has leased a 14,000 square foot facility in Shelton, Connecticut to house its growing call center operations. The expansion comes after RP received $50 million in funding in July.



A new cloud or on-premises solution that supports up to 1,000 users at once has just been rolled out.
