Tonight is the big night. It’s New Year’s Eve, and even though we’ll be toasting to 2017 in 10 hours, we need to keep an eye on 2018.
Pundits are describing our race as the “fiercest fight in 2018.” After Republicans’ performance in the last election, we know they’re feeling more confident than ever about their chances in Wisconsin.
We need to be ready for the flood of outside money that’s going to be spent against me by the Kochs, Karl Rove, and all the big Super PACs. I was their favorite target in the 2012 election, and they haven’t forgotten.
I know tonight is all about celebrations and a lot of people have plans, so I’ll get to the point.
Before we head into 2017, can you make one last contribution in 2016? We’ve almost reached our final FEC goal of the year, but we still have serious challenges ahead. Rush in $5 to make sure we’re prepared.
Thank for all you’ve done this year. It’s been rocky, but we got through it together. Now go enjoy yourself and have a happy and healthy New Year.
