Stuffed Cucumbers

Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 seedless cucumber 1 60 g cream cheese 1/4 cup 1/2 lemon for juice 1/2 - dash sesame seed oil - - dash worcestershire sauce - - dash of tabasco sauce -

Cut ends off cucumber.  Using a fork; make indentations lengthwise down cucumber.  Slice cucumber into 1 inch (2.5 cm) pieces.  Make a hollow in centre using a small scoop. In a food processor; mix cream cheese, lemon juice, sesame seed oil, worcestershire sauce and tobasco sauce until smooth. Pipe mixture into each cucumber slice.  Chill and serve. Servings: 6
