Kiwi-Watermelon Salsa

Metric Ingredient Imperial 250 ml kiwi, peeled & diced 1 cup 250 ml watermelon, diced 1 cup 75 ml red onion, finely chopped 1/3 cup 15 ml cilantro, finely chopped 1 tbsp 10 ml jalapeno chile pepper, seeded & minced 2 tsp 10 ml lime juice 2 tsp - salt to taste -

In a medium bowl; gently stir kiwi, watermelon, onion, cilantro and jalepeno until well combined. Add lime juice and salt.  Stir to combine.  Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one day.  Serve with baked tortilla or pita chips. Servings: 8
