| Orcas like Tahlequah can't afford another moment of inaction. She's already lost her precious calf and two other beloved relatives due to starvation caused by overfishing, toxic pollution and devastating interference from the shipping industry. Now there are only 75 orcas left in the Southern Resident pods, and unless things change – and quickly – they may be completely wiped out. |
| Meanwhile, Big Cruise has opted for greenwashing instead of real environmental solutions. By using so-called "air-scrubbers," Big Cruise converts its air pollution into acidic water pollution and recklessly dumps it into our oceans. |
| Altogether, this industry's pollution is destroying marine habitats – running its noisy, polluting ships through orca critical habitat and damaging the very ecosystem they depend on for survival. That means desperately struggling species like the endangered Southern Resident orcas are dumped on, starving and losing the race for survival. |
| We MUST protect the last remaining orcas and the ecosystems they rely on from the dangers of Big Cruise AND Big Oil. But with time running out before our matching gift challenge expires, we're falling short of the resources we need to fuel our fight. |
