Tower Grove Pride is in September, but that doesn't mean we sit out Pride month in June! There's lots to do to prepare for our own festival even this early in the year, and we also work on our own micro-event and do our best to promote and support all the great LGBTQ+ events and initiatives happening around STL. Here's the major highlights of what we've been up to: |
Festival Event Page Launch We have our official event page launched and we'd really appreciate if everyone could RSVP-ASAP and invite their friends! The more responses we get the better we can prepare for everyone to have a fun, safe weekend!
Website Updates We've added all the signups from volunteering, boothing, performing, parading, and more! We're also accepting inquiries from local businesses and contractors that can provide services to the Festival. We've also launched an LGBTQ+ events calendar to highlight Pride and community-supporting events throughout the month of June. We are wanting to keep this updated each month so we have a button on the website where you can submit your own event for any time of the year!
Made With Pride If you'd like a place to support local LGBTQ+ artists and crafters before our big festival in September we're bringing back our June pop-up market at City Foundry! There's going to be 150 booths to peruse this year!
Pride + Circus Flora Circus Flora is having a Pride night at their big top tent and they're giving a discount on tickets to our supporters. Just use promo-code PRIDETG (TGPride does not receive any funds or donations from this. We just thought it was nice of them and wanted to help support their efforts to reach out to our community.)
