2023 National Export Strategy   The National Export Strategy is an essential element of the U.S. Department of Commerce's mission to advance U.S. leadership in the industries of the future, revitalize domestic manufacturing, and create quality jobs across the country.  The report highlights government programs and resources to assist U.S. businesses – including small and medium enterprises, historically underrepresented businesses, and those new to exporting – overcome barriers to trade, and grow through export sales. Read "Five Critical Questions About What's in the 2023 National Export Strategy" EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Program U.S.-based companies that participate in the EU-U.S. DPF can facilitate cross-border transfers of personal data in compliance with EU law. Effective as of July 17, 2023, eligible organizations in the United States that wish to self-certify their compliance pursuant to the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF may do so.
