Bulletins Personal Care School-Based Services August 30, 2023 CHANGES TO PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS State Regulation 13 CSR 70-91.010, Personal Care Program has been amended effective August 30, 2023.
The Personal Care Program provider manual is updated to reflect changes made to the amended regulation. The proposed amendment was published in the Missouri Register March 15, 2023, Vol. 48, No. 6. Hot Tips New Provider Manuals for ALL MO HealthNet Providers September 1, 2023 The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) has been busy updating the Provider Manuals. Effective today, all of the new provider manuals will be housed on the MHD website. Important things to note about your new Provider Manual: - The previous Provider Manuals had General Sections (Sections 1-11, 16, 17 and 20-23). These General Sections have been removed from each Program Manual and will now be combined into a manual of its own titled General Sections Manual. This means that the Provider Manual is specific to your program. For general information that affects all programs, you should refer to the General Sections Manual.
- Part of the Provider Manual redesign process was going through each section of every Provider Manual and updating outdated language and content, testing the readability and confirming the use of consistent font and punctuation. However, our journey is not over! There will be a Phase II of this project that will require more changes and updates. If you see something that is outdated, not consistent, etc., please send us an email at MHD@dss.mo.gov so that we can make the Provider Manuals the best that they can be.
- Manuals archived prior to today will remain on the Wipro website. Moving forward, if a manual is archived it will be placed on the MHD website. Given this, there will be archived policy manuals in two locations.
