To mark the occasion, WHO will host a Live Q&A across its social media channels (Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) at 2 pm CEST, featuring Dr Lianne Gonsalves, WHO Scientist, Dr Anand Patel, medical doctor and specialist in sexual function, and Leeza Mangaldas, Sexuality Educator. The discussion will touch on a range of important topics including stigma and taboos, consent, gender equality, pleasure, and management and prevention of sexual health problems. Then at 3 pm CEST, join a webinar focusing on the effect of pregnancy on sexual health. Details available here,  Primary Health Care: Lessons from countries during the COVID-19 pandemic The Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research (AHPSR) and World Health Organization (WHO) Special Programme on Primary Health Care (SP-PHC), in collaboration with WHO regional and country offices supported close to 50 in-country research teams to conduct case studies examining PHC in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will take place 9:30-11:00 am CEST. Register here.  Wednesday 6 September Working together for equity and healthier populations Join WHO and participants at the meeting in Tampere, Towards Sustainable Societies - Health in All Policies and Social Determinants of Health, to celebrate the launch of new WHO guidance that describes essential organizational functions for enabling and sustaining multisectoral collaboration.
