When you think of "fun" activities, exercise may not be the first (or second, or third) thing on your list. This month, we're going to change that, with help from aerobics. For decades, people have turned to the cardio exercise as an enjoyable way to burn calories, strengthen muscles and improve heart health.
But just because aerobics is an enjoyable cardio activity doesn't mean it's not a tough workout! Aerobics is a low-impact movement that improves your endurance and mobility, increases flexibility and can help you lose weight, if that's one of your goals.
And this month's routines are just what we all need to combat the stress of the holiday season and make exercise something we actually look forward to.
