Helsinki StartupDigest
Happy last full week of March, Helsinki residents!
There might still be snow on the ground but our eyes are already in the upcoming summer. Aalto Entrepreneurship Society is organizing two summer programs for students, Enternship and Summer of Startups, applications are open to both. If Espoo is not West enough for you, we also offer you the opportunity to cross the Atlantic and take part in the Startup Life in Silicon Valley, an internship program at the golden coast.
In other news, the startup world is getting more political and opinionated as the April parliamentary elections approach: This week a Proposal to Renew Startup Financing, co-authored by Taneli Tikka, sees the light of day creating a lot of discussion, such as Petteri Koponen’s response.
The highlight of my week, however, will happen tonight when our much anticipated Finland Post Welfare event finally takes place. It’s been a lot of hard work and we are super excited and eager to share the outcome with you all!
